Absolutely. You don't need any padel experience to book a court. If you'd like a proper introduction before jumping in, keep an eye out for our First Hit sessions.
-
Padel is usually played as doubles, so four players is ideal. Don't have a full crew? No dramas. You can join an Open Match through Playtomic or check out our social sessions to find other players.
-
Nope. There's no membership, no joining fee and no faff. Just book a court, turn up and play.
-
You can! Padel is traditionally played as doubles, but singles is possible too. Just book the court as normal and split the cost between the two of you.
-
Yourself, some comfy clothes and shoes you're happy to move around in. You'll need to bring your own water bottle too. If you don't have a racket or balls, don't worry we've got those covered with rentals onsite.
before you play
-
Book through the Book Now button on our website or directly through Playtomic. Pick your time, get your mates sorted and you're good to go.
-
We're an unmanned club (mostly), so there's no one waiting behind a desk to let you in. Your Playtomic booking includes an access PIN, which becomes active 15 minutes before your booking.
-
Court hire is currently $60 per hour, split between the players. Prices for organised sessions and special events may vary.
-
Our courts are available from 5am until 11pm, seven days a week. So whether you're an early-bird hitter or prefer a game after work, there's usually a time that works.
-
You can cancel or reschedule your court booking up to 48 hours before your booking through Playtomic. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged in accordance with our booking policy.
Weather is a little different. see our Weather Policy for what happens when Central Otago decides to throw a tantrum.

Caught the Padel bug? We also have Babolat rackets available to buy.

You'll find us in Cromwell, Central Otago. There's plenty of parking at the club, so you shouldn't have to drive around hunting for a park before your game.
3 Traders Lane, Cromwell, just off McNulty Road. If you’re not sure where we are, pop Junction Health Medical Centre into your GPS, we’re right nearby.
-
We don't have dedicated changing rooms, but there is an accessible bathroom with space to get changed.
-
Not just yet, but watch this space ;)
For now, there's plenty of seating and chill-out spots to hang out before or after your game, catch up with mates and soak up the atmosphere. Grab a drink, settle in and stay for a while
